1. Delivery Logistics & Access
We deliver firewood configurations locally across Herefordshire and surrounding boundaries using our flatbed fleet, and nationwide via pallet courier parameters.
Pallet & Bag Access Rules: Delivery is kerbside only. Our transport vehicles require a flat, hard, and stable surface (e.g., concrete or tarmac tarmac paths, not grass or loose gravel) to safely unload bulk builders bags or crated items via mechanical tail-lifts.
2. Statutory Return Windows
In full compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if any non-custom goods you receive are faulty, structurally damaged, or not as described, you have an absolute right to a full refund within **30 days** of delivery.
For change-of-mind cancellations under standard distant selling codes, items must remain completely unused, firewood must stay entirely dry/sheltered within original structural binding configurations, and the return shipping logistics fees must be covered by the customer.
3. Processing Refunds
Once your returned stock batch lands securely back at our warehouse and passes quality evaluation checks, refunds are processed back onto your original payment card layout within **14 business days** maximum via our merchant processing grid.
