These terms and conditions apply to all sales of firewood, hot tubs, and land services provided by RowanEco. By finalizing an order through our frontend basket pipeline or signing an itemized contracting quote, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by English Law.

2. Pricing and Payment Tiers

All clear product configurations are priced in Pounds Sterling (£GBP). For leisure products and bulk logging configurations, full payment must clear via our secure Shopify merchant gateway before items depart our Herefordshire distribution depot. Contracting land clearances will be executed matching the specific terms detailed on the itemized quote sheet.

3. Consumer Rights & Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel off-premises stock orders (such as firewood or non-customized hot tubs) within **14 calendar days** from the date of physical receipt. Custom-made leisure installations (e.g., customized cladding combinations matching exact bespoke customer criteria variants) are exempt from this standard statutory cancellation right.

4. Jurisdiction & Governance

Any structural disputes, claims, or arbitration processes arising from commercial dealings with RowanEco will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.
